We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support students in Glendale and surrounding areas, including Pasadena and nearby communities. This role offers opportunities to work in 1:1 student care and health office settings, perfect for LVNs looking for a stable weekday schedule while making a difference in children's lives.
Position Overview
As a School-Based LVN, you will provide direct nursing care throughout the school day, supporting student health, safety, and participation in the classroom. You'll collaborate closely with school staff, families, and clinical supervisors in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care and individualized health support for assigned students

Assist in the school health office as needed

Monitor and document student health status during the school day

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

Support student mobility, safety, and daily care needs

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and supervisors
Qualifications

Active California LVN license required
-
Current CPR/BLS certification
-
Pediatric, school-based, or 1:1 care experience preferred

Strong communication and clinical skills
